Paying for the USA Tour

 

The USA Tour is $4,500 and includes:

✓ Transportation on the Charter Bus from your pickup location to the drop-off location. (see the detailed itinerary for the pickup and drop off locations available)

✓ Hotel room each night of the tour. Rooms will have 4 students (same gender)

✓ Breakfast is provided every morning

✓ Dinner is provided every evening

✓ Admission to the scheduled tour activities (see Itinerary for details)

✓ A USA Souvenir T-Shirt for two group photos and memories

The student is responsible for the following:

✓ Students will pay for transportation to the pickup location and from the drop off location to your final destination (see the detail itinerary for the pickup and drop off locations available)

✓ Students will pay for their own lunch each day

✓ Students will pay for any extras along the way (personal items, laundry, souvenirs, shopping, etc)

✓ We recommend bringing a credit or debit card for these expenses

 

USA Tour $4,500.00 Payment Schedule:

✓ Deposit of $2,000.00 is due with your application

✓ Final payment of $2,500.00 is due by March 1st

Refund Policy if the Student Cancels

You can cancel your participation at any time via email to USA Tours LLC.

If you cancel prior to Feburary 1st, an administrative fee of $100 will be deducted from the deposit.

If you cancel after February 1st, the $2,000 deposit is forfeited.

If you cancel after March 1st, the balance of $2,500 is subject to fees already incurred by the tour being forfeited. In this case, we will work with your YEO to return any funds possible depending on the situation.

All refunds will be returned via US check directly to the student unless other arrangements are discussed with the tour director at the time of cancelation.

Refund Policy if USA Tours LLC Cancels

While unlikely, the USA Tours, LLC may cancel the tour for any reason. If the tour is canceled by USA TOURS, LLC, funds will be returned less administrative fees to transfer the funds back to the student. Transfer fees include charges for wire transfers, STRIPE or other administrative efforts to return student payments.

This policy remains in effect until further notice.

Important Disclosure:

In the event that we do not have enough students registered by February 1st, USA TOURS may cancel the tour.
